A native of South San Francisco, Dr. Soto is a dedicated chiropractor who brings a passion for holistic healing and movement-based care. His journey into chiropractic began after sustaining a lower back injury while training in the fire service academy, which led him to experience firsthand the transformative power of chiropractic care.
In 2017, Dr. Soto attended Life Chiropractic College West, where he refined his expertise in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and performance-based chiropractic care. Graduating in 2020 during the pandemic, he gained valuable experience as a chiropractic associate in Seattle, WA, before returning to the Bay Area in 2022 to integrate his passion for chiropractic and sports.
With a strong background in working with athletes, Dr. Soto has been part of the athletic recovery team at the CrossFit Games and has provided care at local community golf events. As a CrossFit Level 1 coach and an active CrossFitter since 2018, he understands the demands of high-performance training and focuses on helping patients move pain-free and optimize their performance.
Dr. Soto is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse patient population. Whether working with athletes, office professionals, or individuals recovering from injuries, he is committed to providing personalized, results-driven care to help his patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
